Day 1   Marrakesch

Your driver awaits you at Marrakech Menara Airport and brings you to your accommodation in downtown. You stay here twice. Depending on the arrival time there is the possibility for first explorations.

Day 2   Marrakesch Sightseeing

After a leisurely breakfast you will be picked up at your Riad and we will visit Menara Gardens, Koutoubia Mosque, Djemaa El Fnaa, as well as some of the famous souks with a mix of oriental scents. You will visit the most magnificent gate in front of Marrakech, the 12th-century Bab Agnau and the Bahia Palace. A palace of a former Grand Vizier with beautiful decorations. Jardin Majorelle, created by Yves Saint Laurent and you have the opportunity to visit the designer’s adjoining museum. The rest of the time you have at leisure. How about a visit to the Hammam?

Day 3 Ouarzazate – Dades

After a leisurely breakfast we start in the direction of Quarzazate on the most beautiful route of Morocco, over the High Atlas. We drive over the Tizi Tichka Pass (2260 m pass), for your most beautiful photos, we know the best places. Continue through the Ounila Valley with its prehistoric cave dwellings, via Quarzazate to the Valley of Roses. Then we reach the Dades Gorges with imposing rock formations. Overnight in a very nice accommodation.

Day 4   Tingehir – Alnif – Zagora

After breakfast we start towards Sahara. The trip goes through the caravan station Alnif to Zagora, the gateway to the Sahara. Zagora is a tranquil town and ancient caravan base on the legendary caravan route from Marrakech to Timbouktu. Here you can see Historical Plaques: Timbouktou 52 days. Overnight in a romantic Riad in the palm gardens of Zagora.

Day 5   M’Hamid – Erg Chegaga

Today we drive to M’Hamid, the old caravan station and oasis in the Draa valley. This is where the alpine street ends. With 4×4 we drive to Erg Chegaga. The largest dune of the Erg Chegaga is 300 m high. From up there you will experience a unique colorful sunset. Afterwards, have a delicious dinner at the camp and let the campfire reflect on your eventful day. They sleep under thousands of stars in the nomad tent or outdoors. Enjoy the Sahara in your own way.

Day 6   Foum Zguid – Ait Ben Haddou

Today we visit the Oasis Fint on the route of Erg Chegaga along the dried riverbed of the Draa we pass the Iriki Lake and reach Foum Zguid. After countless photo opportunities we reach Taznakht, where you can optionally visit a carpet cooperative. Continue to Ait Ben Haddou, a beautiful specimen of the traditional clay architecture of the Berbers. World Heritage Site under the protection of UNESCO and known as film set of many Hollywood productions. (Cleopatra, Gladiator, Lawrence of Arabia, ect …) You stay in a very beautiful Riad. A short walk after dinner is recommended.

Day 7   High Atlas – Marrakesch

We drive over the High Atlas on the Tizi Tichka Pass back to Marrakech. Coffee breaks and photo stops are a must on this magnificent route. In the early afternoon you reach your Riad in Marrakech. According to your individual wishes, you can round off the day. Maybe with a massage in a hammam?

Day 8   Transfer to Menara Airport

If you leave today, your driver will take you to Marrakech Menara Airport on time.
Your beautiful round trip with many cultural highlights, impressive landscapes, unique colors and oriental food ends here and you take home many new and cherished memories.
