Transfer from Zagora to Al Feyja, where the Cameliers with the Dromedaries await. Hike the Jebel Bani mountains. Near the Diabi oasis we set up our camp. Meals: Lunch, afternoon tea, dinner.
Strengthened by a rich breakfast in the sunrise, we follow the river to the nomad village Tafraout. With a walk through the village we end the day. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Dinner.
We cross the mountains and reach the area of Zauit near the gorges of the Oued El Amhasser. There are ruins here, from a city that has been ruined for centuries. If you like, you can swim in the Amda lake. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Dinner.
On the nearby Table Mountain we find more ruins from the past. We continue through the gorges of the Oued El Amhasser to Erg Lmasfi where we sleep in the dunes under thousands of stars. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Dinner.
We walk through beautiful dunes and reach Erg Elghol, Erg Sdra and Erg Bogarn. Colorful sunsets and the indescribable silence of the Sahara delight our hearts here. We stay overnight in the respective Erg’s. If you like, do not miss any of the fabulous sunrises in the early morning.
After breakfast we leave Erg Bogran and walk a bit through the desert until we meet our driver after lunch. Return to Zagora. Meals: breakfast, lunch
As above, but more extensive hikes to other beautiful places. On this extended trekking tour in the Jebel Bani Mountains and the sand dunes you will get to know other places in the mountains. We walk to the black rocks of Taskhunt and explore the oasis of Diabi, as well as the stone rivers of the Oued El Amhasser. We visit the caves with the cave paintings. The program can be adapted to your individual wishes at any time and leaves more room for your own ideas.
The dromedaries carry only the luggage. If you do not want to hike the entire route, but prefer to ride, please book a riding dromedary for the price of 15, – € per day.
