Day 1  Agadir – Aourir  (45 km)

Your chauffeur will meet you at Agadir Al Massira airport and take you to your accommodation in tranquil Aourir. At a welcome reception with “The à la Menthe” in your accommodation, get to know our German Morocco expert. She gives useful tips on the round trip and answers all questions. The rest of the day you have time to make your own explorations. During a walk on the beach you will welcome your holiday experience in Morocco. (Dinner)

Day 2 – Paradise Valley – Imouzzer – Essaouira  (190 km)

After breakfast we drive through the bizarre mountains of the Anti Atlas to Paradise Valley. Cool clear mountain water fills the valley with refreshing climate and a walk is essential here. We drive on and it gets even better – the Immouzer waterfalls, an impressive natural spectacle. Again, a walk to the waterfall is a welcome must. In the evening we reach Essaouiera, the city of the winds. (Breakfast)

Day 3 – Essaouiera

The city is surrounded by a well-preserved mud city wall, which contrasts with the whitewashed houses, with their blue shutters. For several years, the medina Essaouira’s, the former Mogador, as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Our sightseeing tour starts in the morning with a walk along the harbor. The fishermen have just arrived and are offering their rich catch. There is much exotic to discover. Around noon we reach the city wall, from which you can enjoy the panorama. The medina is a shopper’s paradise for silver, Berber jewelery, fabrics, and a variety of handicrafts is offered in the small shops of the lively lanes. Next to the city are the most beautiful beaches of Morocco.
You spend the second night in your riad. (Breakfast)

Day 4 + 5  Marrakesch  (200 km)

After a leisurely breakfast you will be picked up in front of your riad and after a short drive you will have the opportunity to visit an Argan cooperative. Continue to Marrakech, the pearl of the south and royal city. Spend the afternoon exploring Djemaa El Fnaa, which is also called the Place of the Hanged, as well as some of the famous souks with a bustling mix of oriental scents and colors, as well as sounds. Experience pure Orient, as in a fairy tale from 1001 Nights. (Breakfast)

Day 6  Ait Ben Haddou  (190 km)

Today we say goodbye to Marrakech and cross the High Atlas on one of the most impressive routes in Morocco, the Tizi n Tichka Pass (2260 m pass). In the afternoon we arrive at Ait Ben Haddou and you visit the World Heritage Site of UNESCO, the greatest Kasbah of Morocco, Ait Ben Haddou. Then you have the opportunity to visit the film studios in Quarzarzate. We spend the night here. (Breakfast, Dinner)

Day 7  Skoura – Tal der Rosen – Dades  (240 km)

After your hearty breakfast we follow the road of the 1000 Kasbahs to Skoura. The 18th-century Kasbah Amerhidil is the main attraction in the area. Parts of the Kasbah were still inhabited until the 1960s, so that partially preserved objects give an insight into the then life of the inhabitants. The journey continues on the famous road of the 1000 Kasbahs into the Valley of Roses, to El Kalaa Magouna. Here is a small stay scheduled. We continue to the Dades gorge and take a walk through the impressive rock formations. Today we spend the night in a beautiful Riad near the Todra Gorge. (Breakfast, Dinner)

Day 8  Todra Canyon – Tingehir – Erfoud – Rissani – Merzouga  (215 km)

We follow the steep course of the Todra gorge. A narrow gorge with up to 500 m steep rocks. Nature has provided the most beautiful photo opportunities here. A beautiful panoramic trip through Berber villages and oases leads you to Tingehir. Continue through the oasis city of Erfoud, where you will visit a long-established marble factory with fossils. Then you will see the first sand dunes and beautiful oases. A visit to Rissani can not be avoided, continue to Merzouga, the small oasis on the edge of Erg Chebbi. The largest dune area of Morocco with green palm groves and surrounded by reddish golden sand dunes, the Erg Chebbi. With dromedaries you ride through the sand dunes. Enjoy the expanse of the dunes and the colorful sunset. You spend the night in a desert camp in the nomad tent. (Breakfast, Dinner)

Day 9  Tamnougalt  (210 km)

After the indescribable sunrise at the Erg Chebbi we drive through palm groves and oasis villages through the beautiful landscape of the Moyen Atlas to Tamlougalt. You have the opportunity to visit the well preserved Kasbah Tamnougalte. Here we stay in a beautiful riad in the oasis. (Breakfast, Dinner)

Day 10  Agdz – Bou Azzar – Taliouine  (190 km)

Now it’s time again. Capture the sunrise in the oasis with the camera, breakfast and departure. This time we put the first break already after about 20 km in Agdz. For the trading caravans of the formerly legendary caravan route from Marrakech to Timbouktu Agdz was an important resting place. You have the opportunity for a walk on the marketplace of the tranquil provincial town. We cross the area of Bou Azzer, one of the world’s largest cobalt and nickel deposits, spanning almost 90 km. At the most interesting places we take small breaks for your best holiday photos. In the evening we reach the famous saffron town Taliouine. (Breakfast, Dinner)

Day 11  Safran Souk Taliouine – Taroudant  (160 km)

On Mondays, the famous Safran Souk takes place in Taliouine, which we must not miss. Saffron and other spices create in us a festival of the senses, spicy scents and tastes accompany us through the color of this market. In the Dar Zaafran, the information center of Taliouine we inform ourselves about the center of the African saffron trade. We now follow the road through the region of the Anti Atlas and towards evening we reach the oasis city of Taroudant, which is also known as the little sister of Marrakech because of its lively medina. We spend our last night here in a romantic riad. (Breakfast, Dinner)

Day 12  Flughafen Transfer  (85 km)

Depending on the time of departure, we may have some time to drive to the mountain of the south near Agadir and enjoy the magnificent panorama. Afterwards we will take you to the airport Agadir Al Massira. Your beautiful round trip with many cultural highlights, impressive landscapes, unique colors and oriental food ends here and you take home many new and cherished memories. (Breakfast)
