Day 1   Marrakesch

Your driver awaits you at Airport Marrakech Menara and brings you to your accommodation in downtown. You stay here twice. Depending on the arrival time there is the possibility for first explorations. Marhaba – Welcome in Morocco.

Day 2   Marrakesch sightseeing

After a leisurely breakfast you will be picked up at your accommodation and we will visit Menara Gardens, Koutoubia Mosque, Djemaa El Fnaa, which is also called Hanging Place, as well as some of the famous souks with a mix of oriental scents. You will visit the most magnificent gate in front of Marrakech, the 12th-century Bab Agnau and the Bahia Palace. A palace of a former Grand Vizier with beautiful decorations. Jardin Majorelle, created by Yves Saint Laurent and you have the opportunity to visit the designer’s adjoining museum. The rest of the time you have at leisure. How about a visit to the Hammam?

Day 3 – Asni und Taroudant

Todays trip takes us over the High Atlas. The route takes us through pretty little Berber villages to Asni. On many photo stops you have the opportunity to capture the beauty of this unique mountain landscape with the camera. In the early afternoon we reach the old capital of Souss, Taroudant. It’s the economic center of the fertile sous plain. The mud wall from the early 18th century, which still surrounds almost the entire city, has numerous towers and five magnificent gates. With the impressive panorama of the High Atlas in the background and the colorful souks in the medina, it is also known as “Little Marrakech”. Taroudant is surrounded by large orchards. You spend the night in a very nice accommodation.

Day 4 – Ait Baha and Tafraoute

After breakfast, we set off to explore the Anti Atlas until we finally reach Ait Baha. Take a walk in the village and take beautiful souvenir photos. Through a magnificent mountain landscape we drive to Tafraoute, at 1000 m altitude. Green palm trees, pink granite rocks and red houses appears Tafraoute for many as the most beautiful place in the Anti Atlas. This fantastic panorama is surpassed only in February, during the almond blossom.

Day 5 – Sidi Ifni

After having a leisurely breakfast, we set out on a varied drive to Sidi Ifni, the former garrison town and Spanish colony. We reach the Atlantic coast with gigantic rock formations and pristine beaches that invite you to swim. End the day in your beautiful Riad.

Day 6 – Tiznit and Agadir – Taghazout

Today’s route takes us along the Atlantic coast to Agadir via the silver city of Tiznit. Enjoy the day in the most charming seaside resort of Morocco. In the late afternoon we drive to the mountain in the north, where you can visit the kasbah. From Agadir Ofla you have the best views of the city and the port facilities. We follow the Atlantic coast to Taghazout, where you end the day with a beach walk relaxed. You are expected in a very beautiful riad.

Day 7 – Paradise Valley – Imouzzer – Essaouira

After breakfast we drive through the bizarre mountains of the Anti Atlas to Paradise Valley. Cool clear mountain water fills the valley with refreshing climate and a walk is essential here. Especially in the summer months Paradise Valley is a welcome change and your camera is in constant use. We drive on and it gets even better – the Immouzer waterfalls, an impressive natural spectacle. Again, a walk to the waterfall is a welcome must have. In the evening we reach Essaouiera, the city of winds.

Tag 8 – Essaouira

The city is surrounded by a well-preserved mud city wall, which contrasts with the whitewashed houses, with their blue shutters. For several years, the medina Essaouira’s, the former Mogador, as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Our sightseeing tour starts in the morning with a walk along the harbor. The fishermens have just arrived and are offering their rich catch. There is much exotic to discover. Around noon we reach the city wall, from which you can enjoy the panorama. The medina is a shopper’s paradise for silver, Berber jewelery, fabrics, and a variety of handicrafts is offered in the small shops of the lively lanes. Next to the city are the most beautiful beaches of Morocco.
You spend the second night in your riad.

Day 9 – Marrakesch Menara

After a leisurely breakfast, bid farewell to the artists’ city of Essaouira. Depending on your departure time, your driver will take you to the airport on time. Your beautiful round trip with many cultural highlights, impressive landscapes, unique colors and oriental food ends here and you take home many new and cherished memories.
